Detective Sergeant Tracey Powell

Detective Powell is an 26-year veteran of law enforcement, with 9 of those years serving as an investigator. During his tenure with the City of Glenpool he has earned an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Tulsa Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Northeastern State University.

He has also completed 30 hours toward his graduate degree in Criminal Justice Administration, also through Northeastern State University and has earned the advanced Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET) certification. Detective Powell has undergone additional extensive training with the United States Drug Enforcement Agency and CLEET's Criminal Investigator Academy. He was named Officer of the Year for 2016.

Detective Matthew Graves

Detective Graves is an 11 year veteran of law enforcement with 2 of those years serving as an investigator for the City of Glenpool. During his career he has held the positions of Police Officer, Master Patrol Officer and was assigned to one of Glenpool’s Narcotics Unit before becoming a Detective in 2015. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Tulsa Community College and is a graduate from the Criminal Investigation Academy Class 63. 

Det. Graves is an adjunct instructor for the Oklahoma state law enforcement academy known as the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET). He teaches Firearms and Law Enforcement Driving Tactics for the academy.  He holds his advance certification through CLEET as well as multiple other instructor titles. He was named Officer of the Year for 2011 and has received numerous other commendations in his tenure with the Glenpool Police Department.
