Agreements & Forms

All bookings for the Glenpool Conference Center (GCC) are managed through our venue management system. Once your event details are submitted, you will receive a contract that includes an estimated cost and our event guidelines. To confirm your reservation, you must review and sign the contract and guidelines. A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required in addition to signing the contract to reserve your date. If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, please complete the GCC Request for Alcoholic Beverage Form (PDF)
