[ARCHIVED] Service Spotlight

Kyle_McMurrian post

Kyle McMurrian, Glenpool’s Fire Marshall, has worked for the City for more than 5 years and spends his days reviewing building plans, inspecting businesses within city limits, and meeting with city officials and business owners.
Kyle’s favorite thing about Glenpool is the closeness of the community. Whenever someone needs help, whether it’s an individual or organization, the community comes together to make sure they are taken care of. When asked what he loves most about his job, Kyle said, “I love getting to interact with different people every day.”
His supervisor, Chief Paul Newton, says Kyle is knowledgeable and fair, and handles the responsibilities of being Fire Marshall well. He’s often the face of their agency and is always willing to help business owners and citizens however he can. “His dedication to the safety of our citizens is what makes him good at what he does.”
Thank you for everything you do for Glenpool, Kyle!
