[ARCHIVED] Service Spotlight

Dan_Haney post

Our next Service Spotlight is Dan Haney, a Corporal at Glenpool Police Department. Dan has worked for the City for 16 years total, two years in dispatch and fourteen years as an officer. He spends his nights patrolling Glenpool and also currently coordinates the field training officer program.
Dan’s favorite thing about Glenpool is that it is a great community to raise a family in. He moved to Glenpool shortly after graduating, and has enjoyed watching it grow over the years. When asked about what he loves most about his job, Dan said, “I love that there isn’t really a typical day. Every shift has the potential to be something new and different.”
His supervisor, Sergeant Matthew Graves, says Dan is a dedicated officer who shows up to work with a good attitude and attempts to make a positive change in someone’s life every day. “He is entirely dedicated to Glenpool Police Department and protects the city as if every patron was part of his family.”
Thank you for everything you to do protect and serve Glenpool, Dan!
