The Development Services Department is a group of dedicated professionals committed to providing responsive and courteous service to the public. Our goal is to build a safe, healthy, and prosperous city by directing land development and oversight in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan, Zoning and Subdivision Code, Building Code, and Municipal Code.
We provide a wide variety of services to the public through four (4) divisions in the Department:

Monday - Thursday: 7:30 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. & 1:00 P.M. - 5:30 P.M.
Friday: 7:30 A.M. - 11:30 A.M.
